1. See the book before you pay
A real professional shows you the cover before you pay — with your child's face and name — and retouches it if a detail isn't right. Be wary of "blind" orders where you only discover the result on delivery.

2. A real likeness
The drawn face must keep their real features: hairstyle, face shape, smile, eye colour. Ask to see books that have already been delivered, not just mock-ups.

3. A story written for them
Many "personalized" books only change the name in a standard story. A truly personalized book starts from what you tell us: their passion, their loved ones, a memory.

4. The quality of the printed book
A book is kept for years: check the size, the number of pages and the cover. A hardcover lasts longer; a softcover is lighter for everyday reading.

How much does a personalized book cost in Morocco?
At TwinHeart: from 249 MAD (A5, softcover, 40 pages) to 499 MAD (A4, hardcover, 100 pages), plus 19 MAD delivery once per order. The cover preview is free.
How far ahead should I order for a birthday?
Allow 4 to 6 working days after confirmation. To be safe, order at least a week before the date.
Which photo should I send for a good result?
A sharp, front-facing, well-lit photo where the face is clearly visible. One photo is enough.
Can I see the whole book before paying?
You see the cover, retouched for free until it's perfect, and we can send you the text of the story. However, the complete illustrated book isn't sent as a file before delivery — discovering it when the box opens is part of the magic.
When and how do I pay?
On delivery, in cash, once the book is in your hands — or by bank transfer if you prefer. Above 500 MAD, a 200 MAD deposit may be requested: each book is made only for you.
What language is the book in?
In the language of your choice: French, Arabic, English, Spanish, German, Italian… and any other language (Dutch, Portuguese, Turkish…) with "Other language" when you order. Same price.
