1. Who we are

2. Your personal data

The information you give us (first name, photo, phone number, city and delivery address) is used only to create your preview, make and deliver your book, and contact you about your order. It is never sold. In accordance with Moroccan law 09-08, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by WhatsApp or email.

3. General terms of sale

By placing an order, you accept these terms. Each book is made to order from the information you provide. TwinHeart may refuse an order whose information is incorrect or incomplete.

4. Preview and retouches

The cover preview is free and without commitment. Retouches are free on the cover. The complete illustrated book is not sent as a file before delivery; the text of the story can be sent on request.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), from 249 MAD. Payment is made on delivery (cash) or by bank transfer. For orders above 500 MAD, a 200 MAD deposit may be requested. The audiobook is a 99 MAD option.

6. Delivery

Delivery anywhere in Morocco for 19 MAD, once per order. Lead time: 4 to 6 working days after confirmation. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp.

7. Returns and refunds

As each book is unique and personalized, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If the mistake is TwinHeart's (misspelt name, printing defect, book damaged in transit), contact us within 48 hours of receipt: we will remake the book or refund you.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site uses the Meta pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads, and your browser's local storage for a few preferences (language, review already posted). No banking data is collected on this site.
